When you hire our professional team to complete a project for you, we’ll use a step-by-step process that’s easy, clear, and highly effective. This allows us to not only provide you with exactly what you’re dreaming of, but it also helps us stick to your budget and get your project completed by the desired day of completion.
Consultation
Initial Consultation
Every potential project begins with an initial consultation. This consultation is a complimentary 30-60 minute meeting, and gives us the opportunity to discuss the finer details of your project with you, including:
- Your budget
- Your desired timeframe
- Design options
- Lifestyle and preferences
After our initial consultation, if your project requires design and planning work, we will present you with a design agreement prior to proceeding. Our design and planning fees begin at $250.
Design
Project Design
Once our design agreement is in place, we will develop a detailed design based on the information from our initial consultation.
If your project requires additional professionals, we can work with your architect or designer. We also have relationships with several local architects, engineers, and interior designers that we can invite to collaborate on your project.
During this phase, we will also assist you with product and material selections, as well as arrange for site visits from subcontractors and suppliers.
We will develop final construction drawings, a project agreement, and outline a timeline for your remodeling project.
Pre-Production
Pre-Production
With our construction agreement in place, we will move on to this important phase of the process.
This is where we will work with you on last minute design tweaks, finalize your product selections, and special order materials.
We will also take care of submitting and following through with all necessary permits, so you don’t have to worry about them.
Finally, we will schedule a pre-construction walkthrough and prepare the work area for your construction project.
Construction
Construction
After all the desired products and materials have been decided upon, we can then begin the construction process. From beginning to end, you can feel confident knowing that we’ll always perform work that gets completed right the first time, and we’ll never take unprofessional shortcuts to get your project completed more quickly.
We enjoy meeting with our clients regularly. We schedule weekly meetings to review work and address any concerns you may have with the way your project is going. We feel it’s best to address these issues as soon as possible, so your project turns out exactly how you envision it.
And of course we will manage every aspect of your project, so you can focus on living your life.
Prior to the completion of your project, we will schedule a punch-list walk-through to ensure that you can start enjoying your home as soon as we complete your project.
Post-Production
Post-Production
When the work is done, we will ensure that all documentation and warranties are in order.
We will also schedule and manage any final inspections and complete a final walkthrough with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied.
And because we enjoy forming lasting relationships with our clients, we offer follow up visits to give you the peace of mind that we can address any additional needs or concerns you may have with your home.
All work comes with manufacturers’ warranties, as well as our industry-leading 2-year warranty covering workmanship. Included in this warranty is one visit after 12 months to remedy any expansion and contraction issues. We will caulk, touch up drywall, and touch up paint at no charge.
