We are going to walk you through the process of a new home we recently built. We begin by the initial Grading and Clearing of the lot.
After we cleared the lot we then built the foundation as well as the framing. Then it was time to have the walls go up.
Next was the Roof Truss installed, followed by Roof and Windows installation.
Now let’s go inside for a moment. We first finished all the framing and put up the sheet rock.
After all plumbing and electrical was in place it was then time to make the inside complete with Kitchens, Bathroom and Bedrooms.
Now we go back outside to install the Siding, lay down the sod and have this finished home ready for the new owners to move in!
